This play area is the best I have visited for parents in
Portsmouth. Rather
than being squashed into a small area, or even left to sit on the floor as I
have seen in some play areas, parents can relax in a a civilised cafe (no greasy
spoon serving hatch here). There are lots of chairs and tables for eating at and
lots of sofas.
There is something for young children and slightly older children too. It can
get really busy on Saturdays and Sundays though. Although you can enjoy a cooked
breakfast and read the papers in relative calm.
